HELP WANTED – O’Neill, NE (3,705) The City of O’Neill is accepting applications for the position of full-time Street Department Operator.  Salary negotiable DOQ.  Primary duties include maintaining streets and alleys, street sweeping, maintenance of drains and ditches, spraying mosquitoes, mowing and snow removal.  CDL class B is required or able to obtain one within 6 months.  Also, must be able to obtain a mosquito spraying license within 12 months.  The position includes an excellent benefit package including health and dental insurance, retirement, vacation, sick leave and paid holidays.  A complete job description and application is available by contacting Sarah Sidak at ssidak@cityofoneill.com or 402-336-3640.  Applications will be accepted until position is filled.

Temporary Part-time Library Assistant 
Primary duties of a Library Assistant involve performing routine library circulation services.  Work is generally in areas of shelving books, routine circulation tasks and working with the public with basic computer and printer issues.  Performing other duties as assigned.  A full job description and application is available at the City Offices 401 E. Fremont St. O’Neill.  Applications will be accepted until position is filled. 
Qualifications for the job: 

1.     Excellent communication and organizational skills 

2.     Education level to the completion of the 12th grade 

3.     Computer experience 

4.     General knowledge of library services
